The Welton
A self-contained unit comprising of a safety porch
entered through a door with a fixed window. From
within the safety porch is access to a mesh covered run area that
is 6' high and usually 6' long and 4' wide although
this can be increased or reduced in size to suit.
Also from the porch is access to the internal housing
area with access to the run via a cat flap, it has an
openingwindow for ventilation and a raised sleeping bench.

The Burton
This compact unit is ideal as block or multiple
housing It comprises half house as standard
which provides extra space for storage of litter
trays, etc although it can be manufactured as
a full house. The house is fitted with vents for
adequate ventilation and can be lined and
insulated at extra cost. The door has a fixed
window to allow adequate light and cat flap
platform and ramp to the ground. The run
is covered by a timber and felt roof and is
available in several sizes as is the house.
Access is via door which can be located on
front or side of the run and safety porches and
sneeze barriers can also be fitted at extra cost

The Lindsey
A compact and attractive alternative to the usual cat housing. The house has a boarded bottom and access is via a ramp
to a choice of either cat flap or sliding pop-hole. It can be lined and insulated at extra cost. There is a door into the run area for maintenance
and an opening window with mesh panel fitted behind to one side of the house to aid with ventilation. The run is attached to the front of
the house and is usually 6' long as standard with a draught board running around the bottom.

The Chloe
A comfy home for your cat. Can be free standing on 12" legs or fixed to the wall. One side contains a cat flap and the other
is perspex glazed to allow in plenty of light as well as give an outside view. The door opens up for ease of cleaning.
Vents are fitted in both ends to allow adequate ventilation and outside the cat flap is an access platform and ramp into the building. A mesh covered run can be fitted at an additional cost making the Chloe ideal as an alternative to boarding your cat in kennels when your on holiday.

The Kitten Playpen
Our Customers asked us to design a playpen that would keep their cats and kittens safe in the garden.
They wanted to be able to store it easily when not in use, for it to be lightweight yet sturdy and to be a
focal point in the garden rather than an eyesore

The Tetney
Secure and compact accomodation for your stud cat. House can be lined and insulated at an additional cost
and comprises of entrance door with opening window for ventilation into a safety area with door to run.
Sleeping quarters have safety gate and start halfway up height of house to allow underneath to be used as
either storage space or at additional cost as queens quarters with a second cat flap into the run. Run is covered
with timber and felt roof and usually 6' wide and 4' long although this can be reduced or increased in size as required.

The Scampton
This is perhaps the most complete cat chalet that you could hope to find offering safety, style and practicality
under one roof. Designed and built in conjunction with a working branch of the Cats Protection League,
it caters for every aspect of cat care from the security of the safety porch fitted as standard to the choice of cat
flap or sliding pop-hole. A full length window in the door lets plenty of light into the airy lined and insulated cabin.
The cabin boasts a raised sleeping bench for the more sprightly habitant as well as a loose low level free standing
corner shelf for the less agile cat. A second door leads into a covered run which includes a 12" draught board
around the bottom and either a mesh end panel or an anti sneeze barrier if placed adjacent to another run. Available
as a single unit or as a multiple block unit. As with all our cat chalets size can be tailored to suit.

Hectors House
Designed as a fun to live in cat unit that incorporated a light and airy living accomodation
together with an exciting run that includes steps and a sunning area as standard.
The front panel of the house has a choice of either a cat flap or sliding hatch (if your cat is afraid of flaps) with proper steps to the ground(not ramp).
A generous sized opening window on multi positional friction stays complete with an internal mesh grill can be fitted on either side of the house.
The interior of the house is insulated and lined in a white wipe clean board keeping the house warm in winter and cool in summer.
The run has a felted timber roof as standard. A safety porch and sneeze panels can be supplied if required.
