What Happens after I've placed an order?

After you've placed an order a confirmation page will appear, you should print this as a record of your transaction. Also an order form containing the details of what you've ordered will be sent to you. With this, you will be sent a Help The Driver form which you need to fill in. It can then be returned in the freepost envelope which we supply you with. After you have returned the form we will send you confirmation of your delivery date.


Your buy buttons don't work, what should I do?

Your computer doesn't accept cookies. Our site uses session (temporary) cookies. To enable these in Netscape 4+:-


1. Click on edit.
2. Select Preferences.
3. Advanced.
4. Click on "accept all cookies"


To enable these in Internet Explorer 4.0+:-


1. Click on Alternatives.

4. From the list, select "Always accept cookies".


Do you take Overseas orders ?

Unfortunately, at the moment the cost of shipping our buildings overseas is prohibitive and prevents us from being able to ship outside of the UK.


How do I order on your site ?

What is the difference between delivery only and assembly ?

When on the product page, there is an option underneath the price of the item for 'assembly'. If this box is ticked, assembly will be added to the basket and the item will be assembled on the day of delivery. (N.B. The assembly box MUST be ticked before clicking 'Buy' on your required item.) However, if this box is left unticked, the item will be delivered for self-assembly. It will be delivered in flat-pack form with all the necessary fixtures and fittings for you to put your building together yourself.


Are your buildings easy to assemble ?

All units are sold in sectional form with all necessary fixings with basic written assembly instructions. Unless you are a DIY enthusiast, we strongly advise that you use our Assembly service to professionally assemble your building ensuring you of total satisfaction.


How long after ordering will I have to wait for my building?

All our buildings are made to order so depending on the time of year, order lead time is between 2 and 6 weeks. On placing your order confirmation is sent in writing with a proposed delivery date. However, this is subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control. We will give as much notice as we possibly can by phone or post. We do not deliver on Saturdays.


Why will I have to wait for my building?

All our buildings are made to order by professional craftsmen, they are not mass produced and use only the best materials, due to this there is normally at least a 2 week wait for a building unless we have one in stock, this also depends on the amount of orders we have and lead time can increase to 6 weeks during busy periods.


Is it worth the wait ?

All our buildings are made to order by professional craftsmen, and they only use the best products available so our buildings are of much higher quality than most other companies, see our quality page for further details.


What shall I do if I want to collect my order ?

When in the basket, choose 'Click here to select your region' - and at the bottom of the map there is an option to collect your order. Click this option and when your order is ready for collection we will let you know.


Can you build to my own design ?

We can amend our own designs to suit or build to your own specifications.


What is Lining and Insulation ?

Lining and Insulation involves the whole of the house section being lined and insulated using materials specified on our quality page. The only part that isn't lined and insulated is the floor because of the slippery nature.


Do your buildings carry any guarantee ?

Our buildings are manufactured to the highest specifications. We have full confidence in the materials we use and our standard of workmanship so if you are not happy with any aspect of your building we will be only too happy to discuss it with you.


If I request assembly how should the base be prepared ?

We recommend a concrete, decking, tarmac or paving slab base. This depends on your personal preference and type of the building ordered. We cannot provide this but it will be required to be ready for us when we come to assemble your building. The base must be flat, level and firm. See terms and conditions for more detail.


A Price is missing on the Website, What do I do?

Please contact us and we will advise you of the correct price and update the Website accordingly.


What Browser should I be using to view your site?

We reccommend viewing the site in a resolution of at least 800x600.
The Browsers we recommend are Internet Explorer 5.0 or Higher available from - www.microsoft.com.
And Netscape Navigator 4.0 or Higher available from www.netscape.com.
