What Happens after I've placed an order?

After you've placed an order a confirmation page will appear, you should print this as a record of your transaction.
Also an order form containing the details of what you've ordered and a delivery date will be sent to you.
Two weeks before your delivery is due you will be sent a reminder of the delivery date and a "Help The Driver" form which requests that you give local directions to the delivery site.

Your buy buttons don't work, what should I do?

Your computer doesn't accept cookies. Our site uses session(temporary) cookies. To enable these in Netscape 4+:-

3.Advanced.
4.Click on "accept all cookies"

To enable these in Internet Explorer 4.0+:-

Do you take Overseas orders ?

Unfortunately, at the moment the cost of shipping our buildings overseas is prohibitive and prevents us from being able to ship outside of the UK and Ireland. We are looking into this and hope to find a solution soon.

Are your buildings easy to assemble ?

All units are sold in sectional form with all necessary fixings with basic written assembly instructions. Unless you are a DIY enthusiast, we strongly advise that you use our Assembly service to professionally assemble your building ensuring you of total satisfaction.

How long after ordering will I have to wait for my building?

All our buildings are made to order so depending on the time of year, order lead time is between 2 and 6 weeks. On placing your order confirmation is sent in writing with a firm delivery date unless changed by prior arrangement with the customer.

Why will I have to wait for my building?

All our buildings are made to order by professional craftsmen, they are not mass produced and use only the best materials, due to this there is normally at least a 2 week wait for a building unless we have one in stock, this also depends of the amount of orders we have and lead time can increase to 6 weeks during busy periods.

Is it worth the wait ?

All our buildings are made to order by professional craftsmen, and they only use the best products available so our buildings are of much higher quality than most other companies, see our quality page for further details.

Can you build to my own design ?

We can either amend our own designs to suit or build to your own specifications.

What is Lining and Insulation ?

Lining and Insulation involves the whole of the building being lined and insulated using materials specified on our quality page, the only part that isn't insulated is the floor because of the slippery nature of the materials and safety considerations.

Do your buildings carry any guarantee ?

Our buildings are manufactured to the highest specifications. We have full confidence in the materials we use and our standard of workmanship so if you are not happy with any aspect of your building we will be only too happy to discuss it with you.

If I request assembly how should the base be prepared ?

We reccommend a concrete, tarmac or paving slab base, we cannot provide this but it will be required to be ready for us when we come to assemble your building. The base must also be level, see terms and conditions for more detail.

A Price is missing on the Website, What do I do?

Please contact us and we will advise you of the correct price and update the Website accordingly.

What Browser should I be using to view your site?

We reccommend viewing the site in a resolution of at least 800x600.
The Browsers we reccommend are Internet Explorer 5.0 or Higher available from - www.microsoft.com.
And Netscape Navigator 4.0 or Higher available from www.netscape.com.
