This is a short description of our terms and conditions for sale, assembly and delivery.
Please read it carefully.
We may occasionally amend our terms and conditions and changes will be posted on the bransby-bunny.co.uk site.
For delivered and assembled goods please note that:-
- A suitable, level base must be ready prior to delivery.
- Access to the base must be clear and unobstructed prior to our arrival.
- Prices on our list allow for a carry of upto 50 yards, this is because of the large size of some of our buildings.
- If access is not clear, or a suitable base not ready on arrival, the building will be left for you to assemble and an extra charge will be levied(payable in advance) if we have to return to assemble the building. If you have any doubts, please check with our office before the delivery date

DEFINITIONS

Seller means Bransby Bunny, Bransby, Nr Sturton By Stow, Lincoln, Lincolnshire, LN1 2PH and the company's web site www.bransby-bunny.co.uk
- Customer means the person or company to whom this document is addressed.
International Customer shall mean, Customer from outside the UK.
1. GENERAL

These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of products made by the Seller, hereafter referred as Bransby Bunny, to the buyer hereafter referred as the Customer.
2. PRICE
- All prices are quoted in Pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT (as may be prescribed by law from time to time), unless otherwise specified.
- All prices are inclusive of postage and packing for delivery to mainland UK, unless otherwise stated.
- All prices are exclusive of assembly, unless otherwise stated.
3. PAYMENT
- Payments must be made in Pounds sterling only, unless otherwise specified, and by one of the following payment methods
· Major credit cards as listed: MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Visa Delta.
· Cheques made payable to Bransby Bunny
· Bank transfer
· Official purchase order, to be paid on pro-forma invoice.
4. PASSING OF RISK
- The risk in the goods shall pass to the Customer on delivery, as defined in clause 5.3 below.
5. DELIVERY
5.1 Delivery date:
- Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only, although it is our policy to try to fulfil all orders within 30 days.
- Any products not available at the time of your order will be sent to you, as soon as possible, when manufactured.
- Bransby Bunny cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by any other third party.
5.2 SHIPPING
- Unless otherwise specified, all products must be signed for.
- The Customer must request any other delivery method at the time of the order, and goods will be shipped under Customer's responsibility as defined in clause 5.3.
5.3 PASSING OF RISK
- When goods are delivered through Bransby Bunny, the Customer bears the risk, once the goods have been signed for.
- For other delivery methods, the Customer bears the risk once the goods have left the Bransby Bunny premises.
6. ACCEPTANCE
- The Customer shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt and shall be deemed to have accepted the goods unless within 10 days after their receipt the Customer shall have notified the seller that the goods are rejected. (This does not however affect the customers statutory rights).
- If no such action has been taken, Bransby Bunny shall consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purposes, and may not accept any reject at a later date.
7. RETURN PROCEDURE
- If the goods are to be rejected in the time limit set in clause 6 above, the Customer shall comply with the return procedure as defined in clause 7.2, below. Bransby Bunny will not accept any returned goods should the return not follow the aforementioned return procedure.
- The Customer must contact Bransby Bunny Customer services on (01472)788385, and obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). This number shall be clearly quoted on the returned package. The package will be arranged to be collected by Bransby Bunny, no collection fee applies.
- In cases where the goods are rejected within 10 days, the Customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to Bransby Bunny, Bransby, Nr Sturton By Stow, Lincoln, Lincolnshire, LN1 2PH, (01427)788385 before the refund or replacement can be issued.
8. CANCELLATIONS
- Cancellations are only accepted if the Customer complies with the following cancellation procedure and before the order has been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, the return procedure as defined in clause 7 (7.2 and 7.3) above will apply. If the procedure is not respected, the order will be considered valid and the Customer will remain liable for the full payment.
- Cancellations can be made with Bransby Bunny sales line on (01427)788385. Customers will be provided with a Cancellation Reference number (CRN) for them to keep for future reference or email info@bransby-bunny.co.uk
9. LAW
- These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with UK Law.
